BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE. ROOTED IN PETERSBURG.
Cornerstone Creative Arts began with a simple belief: the production is part of the education.
Born in Petersburg, Virginia, Cornerstone Creative Arts was created to bridge the space between learning about the arts and actually experiencing what it takes to bring creative work to life. We believe artists grow when education, mentorship, collaboration, and real-world experience happen together.
Our vision extends beyond the stage. Cornerstone Creative Arts creates opportunities for performers, musicians, designers, technicians, stage managers, producers, educators, and creative leaders to learn alongside one another while contributing to meaningful work shared with the community.
Petersburg is more than our home—it is part of our identity.
Inspired by the city's rich, complex history, resilience, creativity, and people, we are committed to creating work that reflects our community, encourages conversation, and invests in its creative future.
We're just beginning our story—and we're building it with the people around us.
