EXPERIENCE MEETS OPPORTUNITY.
Cornerstone is intentionally creating environments where experienced professionals and emerging creatives can work alongside one another.
Some opportunities may require established experience or specialized skills. Others will be designed specifically for individuals who want to learn, assist, observe, or gain their first meaningful production credit.
Whenever possible, we'll create pathways for assistants, associates, apprentices, interns, and emerging artists to participate alongside experienced creative and technical leaders.
Because you shouldn't always need experience to get experience.
BUILD MORE THAN A SHOW.
A Cornerstone production can become a classroom, portfolio piece, professional credit, mentorship opportunity, creative connection, or the beginning of an entirely new career path.
Our approach connects:
EXPOSURE → EDUCATION → TRAINING → EXPERIENCE → MENTORSHIP → PRODUCTION → CONNECTION → OPPORTUNITY
You may begin by taking a lighting workshop and eventually help program a production.
You may assist a scenic designer before designing a show of your own.
You may volunteer backstage and discover stage management.
You may arrive with years of professional experience and become the mentor who helps someone else discover what's possible.
The production is part of the education.

Creative and production opportunities will be posted throughout the year for Cornerstone productions, events, educational programs, and community projects.
Opportunities may be paid, stipend-based, volunteer, educational, or mentorship-focused depending on the position and project. Compensation and expectations will be clearly identified whenever opportunities are posted.
